Tiffin was born in Wyoming but grew up in the suburbs of the Wasatch front, and has lived in Salt Lake city since 1998. She feels honored to have watched the People's Market grow from an idea over coffee into a flourishing community event. She has always been excited by both fresh local food and folk art and craft and believes the market is an important venue to promote these important experiences.  Tiffin writes locally about all aspects of the local food system, and also plays the fiddle (and has been known to entertain at the market).  She joined the board to contribute to the group's effort to deepen the impact and broaden the benefits of the People's Market for the neighborhood and for Salt Lake City.
